How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Recentjim Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Recentjim Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If a problem comes from work in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Still, please tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Recentjim Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make choices for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Ohio.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@recentjim.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Last, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
